Services at St Mary's
We hold a range of services each Sunday and there is also a Communion service held on Wednesday mornings during term time.
Click on the links for more information about our services.
Although generally Covid-19 restrictions are now lifted we may still advise a few precautions. Please follow the guidance from the welcomers and service leaders. The main things to remember are:
From Sunday April 3rd we will be returning to Holy Communion in two kinds. However, we will not be sharing wine from the chalice, but taking the bread and wine together. Please listen to instructions from the service leader for information.
Please sanitise your hands on entry and exit.
Face coverings are no longer a legal requirement, but you may prefer to still wear one.
Singing is now allowed again.
Physical distancing is no longer requirement, but please bear in mind that some may still prefer to keep some personal space due to the continued presence of Coronavirus in our region.
The church building is wheelchair friendly and toilets are available in the Oxted Community Hall, on request - please ask a member of the welcome team. If you are unable to attend the church in person, our morning service is streamed on YouTube - please see our weekly newsletter for details.
If you are unable to attend a church service and would like to receive Holy Communion at home, please contact us.
